The Star Wars: Skeleton Crew season finale is slated to premiere on Disney+ on January 14, 2025. So far, Star Wars: Skeleton Crew has constantly been building up the mystery of At Attin. In the earlier episodes, it was revealed that the planet was surrounded by a barrier that prevented anyone from entering into the system. It also seems to have a supervisor that the show hasn't revealed yet, and aside from that, not many know that this planet even exists or where it may be.
However, in future episodes it was revealed that At Attin was connected to a system of similar planets like At Acchran, which was in episode 4. Further, it was revealed that the planet is a Republic Mint as well, meaning that currency is printed there, which makes it a prime spot for pirates to steal from.
So, going into the Star Wars: Skeleton Crew season finale, fans can expect to learn more about the planet and exactly why it's been kept so hidden. A hint in the earlier episode was provided where it was mentioned by Wim's dad that the kids weren't allowed to know about the secrets of the planet until they were grown up, so maybe that could explain a few things.
Jod's backstory

So far, the show has portrayed him as a pirate scoundrel who is occasionally good at lying and talking his way out of things. He is also known by several names, which further builds up his personality.
However, he is also a Force user, which does make him an intriguing character. While not much about his past has been revealed yet, fans can certainly expect to learn about it in the finale.
Pirates visiting At Attin
Since the pirate ship is still hovering outside At Attin, Jod will certainly try to organize a heist to get the loot from At Attin out in the Star Wars: Skeleton Crew season finale. So, it certainly looks like fans can expect the rest of the pirates to visit At Attin as well.
