Tell Me Lies Season 2 episode 4 ending explained: Are Pippa and Wrigley getting back together?

Tell Me Lies season 2 episode 4 was released on Hulu on Wednesday, September 18, 2024, and needless to say, there was a lot of drama. "It's the start of something new" for Pippa and Wrigley in Tell Me Lies Season 2 episode 4

As insinuated in Tell Me Lies Sseason 2 episode 4, Pippa and Wrigley are putting their past behind them and setting on a journey to a meaningful friendship. It all started when Pippa confronted Wrigley about his friends' harassing behavior following Wrigley's injury which they blamed her for.

As it turns out Wrigley was sorry about how his friends treated Pippa and apologized to her for the same. The incident also sparked a conversation between the two where they reminisced about their former relationship without any traces of bad blood between them.

Their blooming friendship is further solidified in the show's fourth episode, where Pippa's father Raul, appears. Raul is unaware of his daughter's breakup with Wrigley, and, anticipating Raul's disappointment, Wrigley chooses not to reveal that they have separated. Instead, he pretends that they are still in a relationship. Pippa is touched by this act, and it seems that she is beginning to view Wrigley in a different light.

In Tell Me Lies Season 2 episode 4 when Lucy finally decides to be intimate with Leo, she wants to ensure that she is the only person Leo is seeing. When Leo suggests using contraception before indulging in the act, Lucy suggests that it won't be required as she is already on the pill. This initiates a conversation between the two which ends up in an argument and the two end up sleeping separately.

Diana finds out the truth about Stephen

In Tell Me Lies Season 2 episode 4, Stephen suffers a medical emergency and is quickly taken to the hospital by his girlfriend, Diana. After undergoing an X-ray, the doctor informs them that Stephen has a chest injury. The doctor further explains that this injury likely occurred from a collision with the steering wheel.

This revelation disturbs Diana, as she had previously heard from Lucy about Stephen's involvement in Macy's death in a car accident, which Stephen had denied. Once Diana learns this new information, she returns home and searches through Stephen's laptop, discovering numerous provocative pictures of Macy. However, instead of confronting Stephen for answers, she decides to delete these pictures.
