Terror Tuesday: Extreme presents 8 standalone horror stories

While the 8 stories have no correlation with one another due to obvious reasons, they are all based on real accounts, which ties the series together. All eight episodes are now available on Netflix, with some of the stories featuring real spine-tingling horror. The episodes effectively stay true to the accounts, which also lends a heightened sense of mystery and realism to the narrative.

Episode 1, Our Little Sister, deals into the story of Elle, who gets into a tragic car accident. Her older sister Aye suffers from PTSD as their mother attempts to bring Elle back to life by calling her spirit to a doll. The story, although without any real horror element, is a terrifying exploration of grief and the lengths to which people who lose their loved ones can go in order to get them back.

Episode 2, titled The Wedding Dress, explores the story of a literal wedding dress that has a dark and sinister history. It uncovers the story of a tailor who realizes how the wedding dress brings ill luck to anyone who gets married in it, as he attempts to destroy it once and for all.

Episode 3, Ode to My Family, deals with the family of a police officer that moves into an old house. However, they end up discovering a range of horrors in a sealed room, which also has a warding charm. The family is also seen waiting for a corruption case against the police officer to be concluded, but end up being subjected to a range of otherworldly horrors.

Episode 4, The Vow, delves into a story in which a couple make a vow to a dark goddess in order to gain wealth and prosperity. However, instead of it being a blessing, the goddess’s involvement leads to the couple’s secrets being exposed, leading to a violent and extreme ending to the relationship.

Episode 5 is titled Spectral Class and deals with a story of a haunted school. A new teacher named Oil decides to spend a night in the building to understand the fate of a missing student, only to discover a range of malevolent spirits that attempt to destroy him as well.

Episode 6, titled Girl Next Door, deals with a story of a young man who becomes obsessed with his neighbor. However, as he attempts to build a relationship with her, he realizes that he lives in a haunted apartment and is actually trapped inside.

Dear Granny is the title of Episode 7. It deals with a single mother who attempts to bring her mother back. While she manages to do so, the returning spirit ends up proving to be corrupted, which leads to a range of complications in her (still-alive) daughter’s life.

Episode 8 is titled Viral Curse, which concludes season 1 of Terror Tuesday: Extreme. It deals with another story of a single mother, who notably is also a fan of the Terror Tuesday radio show. However, her obsession with the stories leads to a range of eerie happenings in her own life as she and her daughter attempt to survive.
