The Acolyte just premiered its biggest episode this Tuesday, June 25, 2024, on Disney+. Its fifth episode titled Night saw the Jedi finally take on the mysterious Sith figure who was revealed to be none other than Manny Jacinto's Qimir. This week's episode also saw many major deaths take place with Yord and Jecki biting the dust, and Sol keeping some secrets of his own.
The Acolyte episode 5 also saw Osha and Mae reunite finally after all these years. However, the animosity between the twins was still very much alive. The episode ended with the twins having switched places as Mae made it onboard Sol's ship while Qimir found an unconscious Osha.
Given that there were two major setups that took place here, fans can expect to see Mae infiltrate the Jedi order while Qimir will probably try his best to make Osha his new acolyte next week.

What can fans expect from The Acolyte episode 6?
Mae to infiltrate the Jedi order
The end of The Acolyte episode 5 saw Mae switch places with Osha after she knocked her out. She sought out Sol who finally woke up from being stunned and believing that she was Osha, he decided to make it off from Khofar with her. However, with Sol not knowing that it's Mae on the ship, fans can certainly expect to see her infiltrate the Jedi order in some way.
It still remains to be seen what Mae's plans are, but if The Acolyte has shown us anything, it is that she has a huge distrust for the Jedi. Given that she still blames Sol for stealing Osha from her, we may get to see exactly what role they might have played in the fire that was caused on Brendok as well.
Qimir's plans for Osha
The Acolyte episode 5 ended with Qimir discovering an unconscious Osha. Given that Qimir revealed himself to be a Sith in this episode, he revealed that his plan was to gain an acolyte of his own - which he thought would be Mae, but she betrayed him. Given that Mae has betrayed him, he perhaps seeks the same goal through Osha now.
It will be interesting to see how Osha will react to the situation at hand considering she was a Jedi padawan before and has not showcased any hint of darkness within her. Knowing that she will be more concerned about Mae, perhaps we may see her try to get away from Qimir.
The Jedi's reaction to the Sith
Fans can also expect to see the Jedi order react to the emergence of the Sith. Given that Star Wars: Episode 1 - The Phantom Menace established that Sith hadn't been seen in a long time, The Acolyte has certainly gotten many curious to see exactly how the show will hold up with the vast canon of Star Wars.
Not to mention, Sol himself was shocked to see a dark side user of the force, which means that he hasn't come across a threat like this ever before. The Jedi certainly have their work cut out for them in the coming weeks, and fans might get to see some interesting reveals take place when episode 6 premieres soon.
