The Acolyte episode 7 titled Choice premiered on July 9, 2024, on Disney+, and it took us back to the events of episode 3, but this time showed it to us from the point of view of the Jedis. The outing picked up with Jedi Master Indara, Sol, Torbin, and Kelnacca, looking for a vergence on Brendok, however, that led them to find Mae and Osha and eventually discover the coven of witches.
Episode 7 of The Acolyte helped showcase exactly what went wrong on Brendok and even revealed Sol's secret showing that he was responsible for killing Mother Aniseya and that Mae wasn't responsible for the death of her family. Filled with revelations and finally revealing the secrets that it had been building up to, this penultimate outing set the stage for the finale.
With The Acolyte finale set to air on July 16, 2024, fans can expect a lot from the episode. From Osha and Mae finally learning about what happened on Brendok to Qimir's master being revealed, a lot is to come surely.
What can fans expect from The Acolyte finale?
Osha and Mae learning the truth
Fans can expect Osha and Mae to learn the truth about what Sol and the other Jedis did on Brendok in The Acolyte finale. Now that Mae will learn that Sol let her willingly die in order to save Osha, it will likely turn her further against the Jedi. Given that she is currently chained up and trapped in Sol's ship, it'll be tough for her to get out of that situation, but fans can certainly see her fight for it.
On the other hand, Osha will surely be hurt more by the information given the history between Sol and her. Considering that Sol was her master and she was ready to give up everything to join the Jedi order, this would definitely destroy her faith in what she used to believe in the most.

Qimir trying to get Osha to the Dark side
The last time fans saw Qimir and Osha together, she was putting on his cortosis helmet to see what he felt like wearing it and how connected to the force she was. Given that the episode ended with her wearing it and breathing heavily, this part of the story can go either way, however, Qimir has already expressed that there is some kind of darkness within Osha.
Not to mention, Sol's revelation may also destroy Osha's faith in the Jedi, and that will be the final push she will need to join the Dark side ultimately. However, fans might also just see her join her sister Mae and go off into the sunset leaving the Jedi and the Sith behind.

Learn more about Qimir's master
Fans can also expect to learn more about Qimir's master, who suspiciously seems to be Vernestra Rwoh as of now. In episode 6, Qimir revealed that he used to be a Jedi and was backstabbed by his master, revealing wounds that he had received.
Considering that those wounds suspiciously looked like lashes, Vernestra Rwoh immediately became the main culprit in fans' minds for being Qimir's master as she usually carried around a lightsaber whip with her. So, fans can expect to learn more about his past as well.
