The Best Heart Attack of My Life on Hulu: Full list of cast

Based on the book of the same name by Hernán Casciari, The Best Heart Attack of My Life is inspired by real-life events and is coming to Hulu this Friday, January 24, 2025. The dramedy series follows the story of a frustrated writer who manages to survive a heart attack after receiving help from the host of the temporary rental house he is staying at. Following this event, his life changes forever.

The series has been mostly shot in the backdrop of Argentina, Spain, and Uraguay and it was created and directed by Pablo E. Bossi and Mariana Wainstein, who joins as co-director. The series is adapted from a script written by Lucas Figueroa, María Zanetti, and Wainstein.

The Best Heart Attack of My Life is scheduled for release on Hulu this Friday, January 24, 2024. The show consists of six episodes.

#1 Alan Sabbagh as Ariel

Born on 25 May 1980 in Buenos Aires, Argentina, Alan Sabbagh is an actor and producer who is best known for his roles in The Tenth Man (2016), El sistema K.E.OP/S (2022), and Focus (2015).

Sabbagh plays the lead role in the Hulu dramedy as Ariel, a frustrated ghostwriter, who finds himself at the rock bottom of life when his wife leaves him and he has to move to a temporary rental house. To make things worse, he has a heart attack following which his life is changed forever.

#2 Olivia Molina as Concha

Olivia Tirmarche Molina is a Spanish actor from Ibiza, Balearic Islands. She belongs to a reputed family in the world of entertainment, Molina is the daughter of Spanish actor Ángela Molina and French photographer Hervé Tirmarche.

Some of her films are Mediterranean Food, La Casa, School Killer, and Mi Otro Jon. On television, she has appeared in La Valla, Luna, el misterio de Calenda, and Física o Química.

Molina plays a character called Concha in The Best Heart Attack of My Life. Details about this role have not been revealed by Hulu.

Eleonora Wexler hails from Buenos Aires, Argentina and she is an ACE Awarded Argentine actor. Wexler began her career in acting with the Argentine version of the musical Annie. She was aged nine at that time.

She was also nominated in 2013 for the Martín Fierro Awards and also for Best Actress of Daily Comedy for Los vecinos en guerra. Eleonora Wexler plays a character called Isabel in The Best Heart Attack of My Life on Hulu.

4. Rita Cortese as Roberta

Adela Rita Cortese is an Argentine theatre, film, and television actor and singer who is considered one of the best actors in Argentina. Born in Buenos Aires in 1949, Cortese is of Spanish and Italian descent. She began studying acting when she was 24 years old in 1973 with professor Néstor Raimondi, and later with Carlos Gandolfo. She was also a student of eminent theatre director Roberto Villanueva.

Rita Cortese gave her first professional performance in the play Marathón (1980), written by Ricardo Monti and directed by Jaime Kogan. She was also a part of the Argentine Open Theatre, an independent theatre movement against the dictatorship in Argentina.

She had her first lead role in a feature film, Inheritance, which was released in Argentina in 2002. Cortese plays Roberta in Hulu's The Best Heart Attack of My Life.
