CBS's hit comedy series The Neighborhood season 7, part 2, is back with more unique mixes of funny and heartwarming stories starring the favorite white Midwestern family in a predominantly black neighborhood in Pasadena. After taking six weeks off, part two of the season continues with episode 9, which will premiere on Monday, January 27, 2025, at 8 p.m. EST.

The upcoming The Neighborhood season 7 (part 2) features two more episodes starring the Butlers and the Johnsons. In episode 9, the two households will be having their fair share of sleepless nights, courtesy of their new neighbors. Meanwhile, Courtney will get an interesting plot twist in the romance department.
The synopsis for episode 9, Welcome to the Pickleball, reads:
"The new neighbors who moved into Miss Kim's old house are keeping the Butlers and Johnsons up all night; Courtney tells Marty she is going on a date."
Meanwhile, episode 10 will see the Butlers and Johnsons intrigued about their new neighbors' lifestyles. Baby Daphne will also take center stage because she's going to preschool. The season's finale episode's logline reads:
"The Johnsons and Butlers are curious about their new neighbors' lifestyle and their interest raises some surprising questions; Marty feels pressure to enroll Daphne in the best preschool."

Where to watch The Neighborhood season 7 (part 2)
Interested fans can tune in on CBS to watch the next episodes of the ongoing series on the scheduled release date. However, fans who can't watch the episode in the prime-time slot of the network can still catch it on streaming the next day.
Season 7 episodes, like usual, will be available for streaming only on Paramount+ a day after its television premiere.

Cedric the Entertainer and Max Greenfield return in season 7 (part 2). They star in the sitcom as Calvin Butler and Dave Johnson, respectively, the heads of the two families in their neighborhood.
