The Perfect Couple on Netflix: Full list of cast

The Perfect Couple is an upcoming Netflix crime mystery series that is all set to be released on the streaming platform on September 5, 2024. The movie is an adaptation of the novel The Perfect Couple published in 2018, by the bestselling romance author Elin Hilderbrand.

Created by Jenna Lamia, the series narrates the story of a young wealthy girl named Amelia, who is about to get married to the wealthy Nantucket Winbury family. The wedding was a memorable event, which was hosted on the oceanfront estate. But the event is hosted without the approval of the groom's mother, the popular mystery novelist Greer Garrison Winbury.

But things take a very unexpected turn when a body is discovered in the Nantucket Harbor just hours before the grand ceremony. Upon interrogation, the cops realize that the family has a lot of secrets to hide, and indeed they are no perfect couple. The murderer is right between them but no one knows who has done it.

Produced by Blossom Films and 21 Laps Entertainment, the movie has taken a set of renowned actors that includes Nicole Kidman, Liev Schreiber, Eve Hewson, Billy Howle, Dakota Fanning, Ishaan Khattar, Meghann Fahy, Jack Reynor and Sam Nivola.

Nicole Kidman plays the role of the matriarch in the Nantucket Winbury family in The Perfect Couple. Greer Garrison Winbury is a mystery novelist who is known for her Dolly Hardaway novels. Greer has a sense of mystery around herself and has kept several secrets in her relationship.

The Academy Award and six times Golden Globes-winning actress is best known for her role as Virginia Woolf in the 2002 movie The Hours. Her best works include The Others (2001), Eyes Wide Shut (1999), To Die For (1995), My Life (1993), Lion (2016), The Undoing (2002) and Being the Ricardos (2021).

2) Liev Schreiber as Tag Winbury

Liev Schreiber plays the role of Tag Winbury, who is the father of Benji, the groom. He is the strong masculine husband of Greer, whom she refers to as Dash to her Dolly. Tag and Winbury have been married for thirty years, and he tries his very best to maintain its eliteness and legacy, covering the dark secrets they have in between.

Issac Liev Schreiber is an American actor and filmmaker, who rose to popularity mainly for his roles during the late 1990s and 2000s. Liev was recognized for playing the role of Logan's brother Victor in X-Men Origins: Wolverine in 2009 and the Scream franchise. Liev's other works include The Omen (2006), A Small Light (2023), Spotlight (2015), Asteroid City (2023), The 5th Wave (2016), and the Showtime drama Ray Donovan (2013-2020).

Eve Hewson plays the role of Amelia Sacks from the Otis family, who is very eager to become the bride. She is awaiting that perfect wedding, but there is something of that she feels about it. Eve has no idea about the consequences that she is adding up, with this engagement.

Eve is an Irish actress who first got her breakthrough role in the 2011 drama This Must Be the Place. Her other works include Behind Her Eyes (2021), Robin Hood (2018), Flora and Son (2023), The Luminaries (2020), Papillon (2017) and the Apple TV series Bad Sisters (2022).
