The pop star died from falling off the third-floor balcony of the CasaSur Hotel in Buenos Aires, Argentina, on October 16, 2024. The circumstances around his death have become the subject of many news pieces and documentaries in a short time. ABC News Studios also recently released a documentary episode, titled Liam Payne's Final Days, which premiered on October 24, 2024, on Hulu.

The upcoming episode of TMZ Investigates will be released on Fox. However, it will also be available to stream online through other streaming platforms. However, this got him in the crosshairs with the Argentinian authorities, who said that Payne was not only heavily drinking that day but was also doing cocaine.
