Jeopardy! is back tonight with another new episode. The quiz show is currently in its 41st season and gearing up for the finale. On today's episode, which is the finals of the Champions Wildcard, we will see Will Yancey, Drew Goins, and Mehal Shah battling over spots in the Tournament of Champions. As the show gears up for the finale, more excitement awaits for viewers.
This American television game show was created by Merv Griffin in 1964. He gave a twist to traditional quiz competitions, by reversing the conventional question-and-answer format. Instead of having to give answers, contestants are provided with general knowledge clues. They then have to identify what the clue indicates or hints at and give the final answer in the form of a question.
Meanwhile, the final round of Jeopardy! allows viewer participation. Viewers can participate by guessing the answer to the final clue prior to the episode's airing.

Today’s Final Jeopardy! question, from the category 'World Geography,' is as follows:

Today's question belongs to the category of 'World Geography' and tests the contestants' knowledge about the topography and terrain of the land. This is an interesting clue which is also quite easy. Contestants with a fairly good understanding of world geography would be able to guess the solution correctly.
Jeopardy! final solution: Thursday, January 23, 2025
The clue and correct response to today's Jeopardy! is as follows:
Clue: In the Orenburg Oblast, a bridge over this 1,500-mile river has monuments labeled “Asia” & “Europe.”
Solution: What is the Ural River?
Ural River, along with the Ural Mountains, is considered by many sources to be the continental border between Europe and Asia. This is further reinforced by a pedestrian bridge in Orenberg, which has permanent “Europe” and “Asia” monuments on either side.
This is one of the easiest 'World Geography' clues, as it does not aim to confuse or complicate matters for players. However, one must be aware of detailed world geography to be able to get this one correctly. Players who remember that the continental border is the Ural Mountains will be able to make the correct guess regarding the Ural River.
