Tulsa King 2 revolves around the story of Dwight "The General" Manfredi, a highly experienced mafia capo, who is banished to Tulsa, Oklahoma, by his crime family after spending 25 years in prison. Assigned by the crime family, Dwight forms his crew from scratch there, famously starting by shaking down local businesses, a cannabis shop among them, within hours of his arrival.
He walks a tightrope between old-school mafia principles and contemporary realities while fighting gangs and law enforcement in his new turf. This will be the saga of Dwight's quest to wield increased influence in that division, heal old wounds, and come to terms with his estranged daughter.
But this is the context of turf wars, betrayal, and shifting allegiance. Against this landscape of chasing power, this pursuit of power takes Dwight deeper into danger before he gets into a stand-off situation against a renegade biker gang. It would have been an action crime comedy, a remake in many ways of the mafia genre.
