Virgin River season 6, the sixth installment of the romantic drama series, was renewed for 10 episodes in May 2023. The Netflix series premiered its first season on December 6, 2019, and released its subsequent seasons over the next four years. The show is inspired by Robyn Carr's series of romance novels of the same name.
The story revolves around the professional and romantic life of the nurse practitioner, Mel Monroe, who starts her life over in the quaint town of Virgin River. She falls in love with the local bar owner Jack Sheridan and forms loving, cherished bonds with the people of her community.
