Hallmark Media is adding to its unscripted genre with a new series, Celebrations with Lacey Chabert, with Chabert playing executive producer and host. Lacy Chabert's name is almost synonymous with the Hallmark brand and she has starred in over 38 Hallmark movies. She is now stepping into the world of unscripted television.
Celebrations with Lacey Chabert is a 10-episode series and will debut very soon on the Hallmark streaming service, Hallmark+. The following is everything we know about the upcoming show.

Celebrations with Lacey Chabert is an aspirational series that will shine a spotlight on everyday heroes. According to the official synopsis released by the network,
“The show follows Chabert as she surprises deserving individuals who are making a positive impact in their communities with the celebration of a lifetime. With the help of professional party planners, celebrity friends and a team of volunteers, Chabert will have just three days to create an unforgettable event, blending heartwarming stories with dazzling celebrations.”
The premiere episode will feature Lacey surprising Adrien Murphy, a second-grade teacher at WISH Community Charter School. Adrien is the founder of the beloved, impactful after-school program, the Kindness Club, and is known to have inspired countless children over the years, teaching them values like kindness and patience.
To honor Adrien’s contributions to society and to make her feel special, Lacey and her team of professional party planners put together an unforgettable surprise for her, a glamp-out party attended by her beloved former students and her husband. With only three days to go till the party, we see Chabert rolling up her sleeves and going over and beyond to make a difference.
When is Chambert's new show releasing?
Celebrations with Lacey Chabert was announced by Lisa Hamilton Daly, Executive Vice President, Programming Hallmark Media, who said:
“We’re proud to announce our foray into the unscripted programming space. The Hallmark brand lends itself to a wide array of opportunities to tell stories that bring inspiration, comfort, joy, and happiness to our viewers, so tapping into this genre allows us to evolve and expand our programming footprint in incredibly rewarding ways.”
The show is scheduled to premiere on Hallmark+ on September 10, 2024, with its first episode. On the very same day, Hallmark is launching its brand-new streaming service. New episodes of the show will premiere every Thursday from September 12, 2024.
Who is Lacey Chabert?
Lacey Chabert is an American actor who began her career as a child actor on All My Children from 1992 to 1993. She rose to fame for her role as Claudia Salinger in the Fox television drama Party of Five.
Some of her notable works include, Lost in Space (1998), Not Another Teen Movie (2001), Daddy Day Care (2003), Black Christmas (2006), and All I Want for Christmas Is You (2017).
In addition to Celebrations with Lacey Chabert, she is working on the upcoming film His & Hers which will air during the network’s Fall into Love programming.
