Tawny and Trina Brothers (played by Siena Werber and Catherine Cohen) have been interesting characters from the start but haven't been such an active part of the mystery so far.

What to expect from Only Murders in the Building season 4 episode 6?
Among the other episodes, this episode's synopsis gives the least amount of information about the episode. It states that the Brothers sisters will be making a documentary but doesn't indicate anything otherwise.
However, as the show is renowned for its clever antics, there's a hint hidden in the title Blow Up. This, of course, is also the name of Michelangelo Antonioni's famed Italian neo-realistic cinema that revolved around a photographer who captured a murder on film.
If this reference is indeed about that, this documentary could have something to do with Sazz's (Jane Lynch) murder, or perhaps with capturing some aspect of it that could lead to the murderer.
Nevertheless, there are plenty of episodes still left in the season and the mystery will go on till the last one. So it's unlikely that the Brothers sisters are the murderers, but the next episode could show why they are important in this context.
A brief recap of Only Murders in the Building season 4 episode 5
In the fifth episode of Only Murders in the Building season 4, the story resumes with Bev Melon pointing a gun at the trio. However, when she realizes it's Oliver (Martin Short). Mabel (Selena Gomez) and Charles (Steve Martin), she lowers it and claims that she came to look for clues about something that was wrong with the upcoming podcast adaptation.
She revealed that Sazz had called her to inform her about something that wasn't right with the production but that she couldn't pick up the call and then Sazz was killed. This confirmed their suspicion that someone from the production was behind the murder.
As Charles, Mabel and Oliver went to the photoshoot and observed everyone, they tried to single out the writer but failed to reach anything conclusive with him. At the end of the episode, they deciphered that more than a single person was involved in the murder.
At the same time, they also spotted a shoe print from one of the Brothers sister, which matched that of the crime scene. It implied that the two were involved in the murder. The episode ended with some commotion on set and a gunshot.
