William Connole was born on April 11, 1950, and spent his formative years in Maryland and Connecticut. He was the second of five siblings and grew up in a packed household.

He passed from Georgetown Preparatory School in North Bethesda, Maryland, before earning a Bachelor's in Science from Regis University. As an able rugby player, he continued to play the sport and even played for Denver Highlanders. He also went on to work in various industries, ranging from construction to IT.

He also had two children, Yelena Gregg and Travis Harr-Connole, and one stepchild, Damien Harr. He had a fulfilling family life, which was threatened in 2010 when he was diagnosed with cancer. However, he beat cancer and became a survivor, and by 2014, he was completely cured.

During the time of his murder, he had reignited his passion for construction and started a woodworking business from his shop in Loveland. With things smoothly sailing in his life, Connole had stepped out for some work on the night of June 3, 2015. At around 10:45 pm, he was shot to death from a pickup truck.

By the time the police arrived, the fatal gunshot wound had killed Connole. Around 15 minutes after this shooting, another shooting in the area gravely injured a motorcyclist.

With nearly no leads, barring a photograph of a pickup truck, it took much effort from the police to find the killer. However, they were able to connect this case to various other cases of shooting in the area. Eventually, they would reach a man named Christopher David Parker.

Parker had no prior conviction, but all the forensic evidence was stacked against him. He was soon arrested and charged with the murder of William Connole. Though his defense tried to argue that he was suffering from a variety of mental issues, which possibly led to these murders, he took a plea deal in 2023, which convicted him of second-degree murder.

He was eventually sentenced to 39 years in prison, where he remains even today.

The upcoming episode of See No Evil on ID will cover this case in more detail. Stay tuned for updates.
