What If...? season 3 is the final installment of the animated anthology series based on the Marvel comics. Led by Jeffrey Wright, this experimental franchise narrates different transverses through alternative dimensions in the Marvel multiverse. As per a CBR article, posted on August 12, 2024, Brad Winderbaum, Head of Marvel Television, Streaming, and Animation teased that season 3 will have an episode dedicated to the mischievous witch Agatha Harkness, including a giant musical number.
On January 23, 2024, Marvel Studios made a post on X, that shows an episode with Sam Wilson making his animation debut, an episode involving Bucky Barnes, and the Red Guardian, and another episode committed to Bill Foster, also known as Black Goliath.
The reveal of an episode titled "Go-Avengers: Heroes of the Gamma War" will present an anime style visual graphics featuring Sam Wilson, Red Guardian, Black Widow, Monica Rambeau, Xu Shang-Chi, Melina Vostokoff, Shuri, and Moon Knight.
