What We Do in the Shadows season 6 episode 10 ending: Nandor proposes a grand alliance
Toward the beginning of the episode, Guillermo tells the camera crew that he is finally happy with his job. This sense of contentment stems from his belief that he is valued at Cannon Capital Strategies. He thinks that his colleagues respect him, something he never got from the Staten Island vampires.
Additionally, Jordan, Guillermo’s boss, hints that Guillermo is set to be promoted to the post of analyst, with the official announcement planned for a party the next day. Elated by this prospect, Guillermo invites his Staten Island friends to the office party.
When Guillermo arrives with his entourage, he is warmly greeted by his colleagues and Jordan, who strikes up a conversation with Nandor. There is a cold current underneath the conversation between Nandor and Jordan as the former is clearly jealous of the fact that Guillermo enjoys Jordan’s attention and affection quite a lot.

Despite this, Nandor continues to talk to Jordan, probing into what he really wants from Guillermo. He soon figures out that Jordan is a selfish person who sees the amiable Guillermo more as a servant than an equal. Nandor decides to warn Guillermo about this.
However, Guillermo is preparing his speech and makes it clear to Nandor that if the latter is not happy with how the former’s life is progressing, he should go out of it. To Guillermo’s dismay, it becomes evident that Jordan had no intention of promoting him after all.
In fact, Jordan does not let Guillermo even make his speech, let alone promote him. After the event, Guillermo confronts his boss about this. Jordan treats him condescendingly, stating that he is nothing more than a cog in the wheel and should not aspire to great things.

Nandor intervenes, lifting Jordan by his throat and threatening to injure him. Only Guillermo’s pleas manage to calm him. Subsequently, Guillermo announces his resignation, threatening to expose Jordan’s history of insider trading and other illicit activities.
Outside the office, Nandor and Guillermo shake hands on their agreement to form a powerful alliance aimed at restoring justice to this fundamentally unjust world. It seems they are trying to fashion themselves after superheroes. As episode 10 of What We Do in the Shadows season 6 draws to its end, the duo discusses how they will proceed with their grand scheme.

What is Laszlo’s monster up to?
When Guillermo asks the Staten Island vampires to come to the office party, Laszlo insists that his monster should also attend. The monster proves to be a hit at the party the next day, amusing guests with jokes and humorous acts.
However, a rift soon emerges between Laszlo and Colin, as the latter feels that the former is too patronizing when it comes to dealing with the monster. Colin thinks that the creature is a bona fide living entity with feelings. Laszlo thinks the creature is merely his creation and it will have feelings only when he wants it to.
By the end of the episode, it becomes clear that Laszlo’s monster is not merely a collection of bones and flesh; he has emotions as well. In one of the most poignant scenes of What We Do in the Shadows season 6, Laszlo acknowledges this, and the creature expresses his love for both of his fathers.
