What to expect from Cobra Kai Season 6 part 3?
The two parts of season 6 have so far been mainly about the Sekai Taikai, the legendary tournament held every two years, where each fighter covets the position of the best. However, as the ending of season 6 part 2 showed, the tournament also had its dark sides.
The finale of part 2 contained all the drama and confusion that the show is famous for. The Udar Tigra dojo was eliminated from the Sekai Taikai because no less than four of its students were found positive for performance-enhancing drugs. Following this, their leader, Sensei Ivanov, attacked Gunther, which kicked off an all-out brawl.
During this brawl, matters escalated quickly as past grievances came up. One of the Cobra Kai fighters, Kwon (played by Brandon Lee), had a tragic end when he was hit by a weapon while trying to land a flying kick on an opponent.
Thus, Kwon breathed his last in part 2. This shocking ending will haunt the next batch of episodes. If anything, matters will only escalate further. Hayden Schlossberg, co-creator of the series, told Tudum on November 19, 2024:
“All the big bads are still in play. You still have Kreese, Silver, Sensei Wolf, Master Kim Da-Eun. Everyone is still on the board. Nothing’s been resolved. We have a lot of fun in store with all the characters left in tatters at the end of Episode 10.”
Thus, it is inevitable that season 6 of Cobra Kai will end on an explosive note.
