“We’re trying to hit all the milestones of the pre-wedding planning, the bachelor and bachelorette parties, the rehearsal dinner.”
Season 6 will pick up a few months after the Christmas-themed episodes of season 5, diving into the heart of spring. According to showrunner Patrick Sean Smith, spring, a time of growth and change, will set the tone for upcoming surprises.
Mel and Jack, who decided to buy Lilly’s farm in the season 5 finale, will continue their journey toward parenthood while turning the property into their dream home.
