Thankfully, the police were able to get to Gary Tyrone Danielle after an intense investigation. He was ultimately charged and sentenced to 30 years in prison after he took a plea deal. He continues to remain in prison as of today.

How was Gary Tyrone Danielle caught?
On the morning of October 19, 2018, the Sebring police department received an alarming phone call from a restaurant located at 3712 North 15th Street in Tampa. One of the workers had allegedly discovered a dead body behind the dumpster. The body was reportedly stuffed in a bag hidden under a wooden board.
The authorities inspected the scene and determined that the body was there for at least a day. Moreover, the cause of death was deciphered to be ligature strangulation. Alongside the body, the police found that her truck was missing.
Soon, the investigation began in full flow and the police went after every possible suspect. The breakthrough came when her truck was spotted on County Line Road in the Plant City area. It was later spotted on Hillsborough Avenue in Tampa. Soon, the authorities caught up to the truck and found blood stains on one of the doors.
The man driving the truck, Calvin Gary, was arrested immediately. Police suspected that he was the murderer but he revealed that he got his truck from a man who went by the name of "Hot." This was Gary Tyrone Danielle. The authorities began investigating him and discovered that he was from Sebring as well.
Moreover, CCTV footage confirmed that Gary was indeed seen with Laura Pietscher's truck.
When he was captured and brought in for interrogation, he denied ever seeing Laura Pietscher. But the police found Gary Tyrone Danielle's DNA in Laura's clothes and fingernails, heavily implicating him in the murder.
This was enough evidence to arrest and charge Gary Tyrone Danielle for the murder of Laura Pietscher.
Where is Gary Tyrone Danielle now?
In March 2019, Gary Tyrone Danielle was charged with first-degree murder, tampering with physical evidence, and grand theft of a motor vehicle. Two years after his arrest, he decided to plead guilty to a lesser charge in exchange for a shorter sentence.
He was ultimately sentenced to 30 years in prison for second-degree murder. He remains incarcerated at Okeechobee Correctional Institution at 3420 Northeast 168th Street in Okeechobee, Florida, as of today, where he will stay for a long, long time.
