The Penguin episode 7, the show's penultimate episode, will premiere on HBO and Max on November 3, 2024. The episode, which is titled Top Hat, will follow up on the events of episode 6. With Sofia Falcone and Sal Maroni knowing where Oswald's mom is, the show will likely focus on them trying to get revenge on him after he crosses them multiple times.

The Penguin episode 6 recap
In episode 6, fans got to see Oswald running his Bliss operation successfully. However, Sal and Sofia were seething about it as they couldn't figure out where he was running his operation. Then they kill three of Oswald's suppliers to send a message and prompt his potential partners to back off from wanting to work with him. Oswald then improvises and starts giving out Bliss for free to showcase demand for it.
He then assembles all the gangsters in town and sets up a meeting with them. While a lot of them are hesitant to work with Oswald, he gives a rousing speech by saying how Sofia and Sal don't care about the small man. Hence, they should all band and work together to dethrone the Maronis and the Gigantes. They then agree to work with Oswald.
On the other hand, Sofia is able to find out where Oswald is working through Eve and goes to Crown Point. The episode ends with her holding a crowbar and looking over an apartment only to find that Oswald's mom Francis is alive.
