Kite Man: Hell Yeah is a DC Comics animated series focusing on the exploits of the DC universe supervillain named Kite Man. The show is a spin-off of the popular animated series Harley Quinn, which has been streaming on DC Universe and HBO Max since 2019.
The title of the series is derived from a catchphrase Kite Man developed in the DC Rebirth arc of the comics.

Golden Glider was a supervillain created by Cary Bates and Irv Novick. She initially appeared in DC Comics as an enemy of The Flash and the sister of another supervillain named Leonard Snart or Captain Cold.
In the continuity of Harley Quinn and Kite Man: Hell Yeah, Golden Glider first appeared in season 3 of Harley Quinn, where she first met Kite Man and began dating him. The two had a similar flair for gliding through the air, but while Kite Man flew by using his kite, the Golden Glider flew by using a specialized set of skates.
Specifically, Golden Glider debuted in the episode The 83 Annual Villy Awards, which satirizes awards shows, like the Academy Awards, where her boyfriend Kite Man wins the award for "best D-lister".

The show follows Kite Man and the Golden Glider as they provide their services for the various miscreants and ne'er do wells in Gotham City while deepening their partnership with one another.
