Who is Paul Mescal?

Born in Maynooth, County Kildare, on February 2, 1996, Paul Mescal is an Irish actor. He developed his skills at The Lir Academy in Dublin, where he also attended local theatres.

In 2020, Mescal's breakthrough as Connell in the critically praised miniseries Normal People, brought him a BAFTA TV Award, a Primetime Emmy nomination, and general acclaim.
