Silo season 3 is well on its way, with the Apple TV+ hit dystopian sci-fi drama scoring a renewal for two more seasons. Based on Hugh Howey's trilogy of books, the series follows post-apocalypse survivors living in a massive underground silo complex. Most of the first and second seasons of the series followed a woman engineer named Juliette Nichols, played by Rebecca Ferguson, defying the government's story about their past and the origin of the silo.
In her quest to discover the truth about humanity from before times, she escaped her home silo only to discover that there are many of the same silos nearby. In the recently wrapped Silo season 2, the show featured overarching stories of two silos—Silo 18, where Juliette came from, and Silo 17, the abandoned neighboring silo she went to.
The second season already introduced new characters, including Steve Zhan's Solo, in addition to the recurring cast and characters in Silo 18. In Silo season 3, Rebecca Ferguson is expected to return as Juliette. Additionally, Apple TV+ has confirmed that Jessica Henwick and Ashley Zukerman will appear in the upcoming season. That said, some cast members from season 2 may not be returning.

Apple TV+ has yet to announce the official cast list for Silo season 3, but all surviving characters from the second season are expected to return to reprise their roles. It includes the series star, Rebecca Ferguson, as Juliette Nichols. Other cast members expected to return in season 3 include:

Although it's not confirmed yet, Tim Robbins' Bernard Holland might be missing from the season 3 cast list. The season 2 finale cliffhanger didn't reveal Juliette and Bernard's fate. However, showrunner Graham Yost revealed in his post-season 2 finale interview with The Wrap on January 17 that Bernard indeed perished from the fiery explosion.
Iain Glenn, who played Juliette's father, Dr. Pete Nichols, in the first two seasons of the series, will also be unlikely in season 3. He died early in the Silo season 2 finale after he manually set off the bomb.
Ashley Zuckerman and Jessica Henwick from the Silo season 2 finale will return as series regulars
As Silo season 3 build out its cast, two guest stars have been confirmed to join as series regulars in the upcoming third season, per Apple TV's announcement according to The Wrap on January 17. Jessica Henwick and Ashley Zuckerman recently appeared in the Silo season 2 finale.
The flashback scene depicting a contemporary Washington DC before the episode ended showed Henwick's Helen, a journalist, and Zuckerman's Daniel, a young congressman, in a restaurant. Helen subtly tried to interview Daniel about the "dirty bomb," which the young politician kept mum about. Instead, he gave her a PEZ dispenser before leaving, the same PEZ treated as a relic in Silo season 1 and season 2.
In Silo season 3, Henwick and Zuckerman will return to continue in the same roles.
