When will Palm Royale season 2 come out?

Palm Royale season 2 does not have a release date yet. However, based on the filming and release trend followed in the previous installment of the show, the show's second installment may come out in early 2026.

The announcement of Palm Royale's season 1 came in February 2022 and filming for the same began in May 2022. Episodes of the show came out on Apple TV+ on March 20, 2024.

What to expect from Palm Royale season 2?

Palm Royale season 1 left with a massive cliffhanger of utter chaos. By the end of the season, Maxine had found out that Norma wasn't exactly Norma, but Agnes, who killed Norma and stole her identity. She had also found out that her husband, Douglas, had fathered a child with Mitzi.

Mary Jones accidentally shot Robert while trying to kill President Nixon. The incident fatally injured him, resulting in his life hanging by a thread by the end of the season. Palm Royale season 2 will probably address Robert's and the others' fate following the incidents that transpired in the first season of the show.

Palm Royale showrunner Abe Sylvia recently sat for an interview with Entertainment Weekly where she briefly revealed what is to come of Maxine's character in the future.

"Maxine isn't Maxine if she ever becomes cynical. Maxine's defining trait is her optimism. After what has happened to her, her optimism is severely tested, but she must choose it in order to survive.

He further added,

Her defining comic feature is optimism in the face of anything. It's her can-do American spirit. We just keep testing that can-do spirit with ever increasing things that would destroy a lesser person. So, Maxine will never lose that essential quality."
