Wizards Beyond Waverly Place cast reveals creatures they want back (but one surprising choice stands out)

Some of the cast members from Wizards Beyond Waverly Place recently sat down with Cinemablend to discuss which creatures or monsters they hope to see back in the spinoff series.

Taylor Cora, who plays Winter, expressed her hope to see either Franken-Girl or her daughter reappear, whereas Max Matenko, who took on the role of Milo, shared his desire for Gorog: Angel of Darkness to come back to the show.

Alkaio Thiele, who portrays Roman, mentioned that he would love for the grumpy leprechaun from the original series to return, and expressed his eagerness to see Milo interact with the character.

The cast of Wizards Beyond Waverly Place shares some unexpected insights about the monsters they would like to see in the spinoff series of the original show

Taylor Cora, Max Matenko, and Alkaio Thiele spoke with Cinemablend on Tuesday, November 5, and revealed the monsters they would like to see make a comeback in Wizards Beyond Waverly Place after initially appearing in Wizards of Waverly Place (the original show).

As stated earlier, Taylor Cora expressed her desire to see Franken-Girl from season 3 of Wizards of Waverly Place make a comeback. She also mentioned that she would not mind if her daughter returned as well stating that having either of them return to Wizards Beyond Waverly Place would be "hilarious". Her full quote read:

"I would like to see Franken-Girl because I think she was a hilarious character, and I haven't finished the show, so I don't know what happened with her, but I would really love to see her return, or maybe Franken-Girl's daughter. I don't know, something of the sort, but I really think Franken-Girl was a super hilarious bit that they did, and I would love to see her return."

Max Matenko, on the other hand, expressed a desire to see Gorog: Angel of Darkness return from season 4 of Wizards of Waverly Place. He pointed out that it would be interesting to battle the demon again, especially with a larger group supporting them this time. He commented:

"Yeah, I'd love to see, probably, I forget the name, I think it's Gorog, The Angel of Darkness. I think that would be really cool, another episode of that where they come back and we have to fight them off again. But this time with new added family members. I think that would be fun if I had to ask for someone to come back."

Alkaio Thiele may have had the most distinct choice among everyone, as he shared that the creature he would like to see revived in Wizards Beyond Waverly Place is the grumpy leprechaun from one of the episodes of Wizards of Waverly Place.

He mentioned that it would be amusing to observe the current characters of the show interact with the leprechaun, particularly Milo. In regards to this, Thiele stated:

"He was really funny, and I think it would be fun to see some interactions with the new family and the leprechaun because our mom definitely would not like the leprechaun, and Roman would not like the leprechaun, but I think Milo would think he was funny."

The first nine episodes of the Wizards Beyond Waverly Place are currently available for streaming on Disney+. As per Deadline, the new episodes will be released weekly starting from November 8 on Fridays at 8 p.m. ET.

On Disney Channel, the show is currently following a weekly release pattern with two episodes being released every Friday until the show's conclusion on November 22, 2024, as per Futon Critic.
