The five episodes of World's Most Notorious Killers feature six killers, as the first episode titled, The West Murders, is about the serial killer couple Fred and Rosemary "Rose" West.

The police, when searching for a girl missing case in Cromwell St. in Gloucester, England, found a horrific graveyard. The couple had turned the basement into a chilling torture chamber where victims would be r*ped, beaten, killed, and buried beneath the cellar floor. When the couple ran out of space there, they moved to the garden, where more innocent victims were buried.

Episode 2, The Vienna Strangler, reveals the terrifying case of a serial killer who struck fear across Austria with his gruesome crimes. It follows the intense hunt for him and includes interviews with people who lived through the panic. The investigation also uncovers a surprising twist involving a celebrity.
