YouTuber and former MrBeast-employee Dawson French aka DogPack404 is allegedly facing legal action following his seemingly incriminatory video series on Jimmy (MrBeast). For those out of the loop, DogPack404 has so far released three videos on Jimmy. In each of them, he has made a set of allegations against the YouTube star.

Following the release of the first video, which alleged that MrBeast had faked his content, fostered a toxic work culture, and hosted illegal lotteries and giveaways (among others), DogPack404 revealed that he had received (August 1, 2024) a "cease-and-desist" notice from MrBeast's legal team.

According to the notice, these were the points of objection set forth by MrBeast's team:

"Disclosing sensitive, confidential, and proprietary information regarding the Company's business operations and content creation methodology in breach of your contractual and legal obligations to the Company, including the contractual post-employment obligations set forth in the Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure Agreement ("Agreement") executed by you in connection with your employment."

Later on August 1 (2024), DogPack404 shared another image of a second "cease-and-desist" notice that was labeled as a "final warning." Here's what the alleged notice read:

"This firm, (New firm whose "white collar criminal defense practice is second to none”) has recently been retained by MrBeast YouTube, LLC (“Mr. Beast” or the “Company”) and its founder Jimmy Donaldson regarding the unsettling news that you have embarked on a campaign to disparage Mr. Beast as a company and defame Jimmy Donaldson as an individual."

Who is MrBeast's alleged lawyer against DogPack404?

A recent report by the Daily Mail (August 27) stated that MrBeast has secured the services of celebrity lawyer, Alex Spiro. It is alleged that Spiro's firm may have drafted a cease-and-desist letter to DogPack404, although there has been no official confirmation of this.

For those unaware, Alex Spiro is currently working at the New York branch of Quinn Emanuel Urquhart & Sullivan. Recently, Spiro represented the well-known actor Alec Baldwin, successfully preventing any jail time for him in a manslaughter case.

In addition to Alec Baldwin, Alex Spiro has represented other high-profile clients, including Elon Musk, Jay-Z, Mick Jagger, 21 Savage, Naomi Osaka, Bobby Shmurda, Robert Kraft, and several NBA and NFL athletes.

It's also worth noting that the alleged cease-and-desist notice sent to DogPack404 came after he released his first video. Since then, he has released two more videos targeting MrBeast, making further allegations, including claims that the latter hired and employed individuals accused of sexual offenses and assault.

The first name that surfaced is Delaware, who is allegedly a convicted sexual offender and worked as MrBeast's manager at one point. The second name is Locoya Hill, who was alleged to have made sexual advances to other employees in MrBeast's team. He was allegedly hired as the company's COO.
