Kick streamer Adin Ross has been a long-time critic of Twitch and political streamer Hasan "HasanAbi." Despite the feud, the Kick co-owner and creator has invited Hasan to "sit down" and discuss their differences. While they are not actively engaged in a feud, the two have criticized each other in the past.
During his latest Kick stream, Adin Ross said that he would like to discuss his differences with Hasan, either on-stream or off-stream. He stated:
"At one point, guys, a lot of people are gonna disagree with this but whether it's off-stream and on-stream, I would love to sit down with Hasan (HasanAbi) and speak to him about our differences and try to find a solution."
He added:
"Him and I are in the same space. I've said things, he's said things. We might not have the same political views but I will be down to sit with him and have a conversation with him because we are both human beings at the end of the day and I would love to know his input."
What is the controversy between Adin Ross and HasanAbi?
Adin Ross and HasanAbi represent two distinct niches within the streaming community. Ross is known for his laid-back, relaxed streams that frequently feature edgy humor, while Hasan focuses on political commentary and analysis.
Despite operating in separate corners of the streaming community, Adin Ross and HasanAbi have not shied away from taking shots at each other. For instance, in 2024, when Ross streamed with Donald Trump and gifted him a Rolex, Hasan publicly criticized the act, arguing that it violated federal laws regarding donations:
"Adin Ross committing a possible FEC violation by offering a presidential candidate a Rolex watch worth well over 3300$ (max cap for individual donations) right before they react together to a PowerPoint slide of friends of Trump is peak clown show."
After Donald Trump won the elections, Dana White mentioned Adin Ross in his victory speech, acknowledging him as one of the individuals who supported Trump’s campaign. Reacting to this, HasanAbi said:
"What is this country? We're done! It's over!"
Ross has also criticized HasanAbi for some of his takes. He accused Hasan of having a dismissive attitude toward the assassination attempt on Donald Trump:
"Look at this f**king weirdo, bro. (The Kick streamer reads HasanAbi's tweet mentioned above) Hasan, I don't even know how you're an American, bro. Literally, go back. Holy f**k!"
As of now, HasanAbi has not responded to Ross' invitation. Even if he does accept, it’s unclear where the conversation would take place, as Adin is banned on Twitch and cannot appear on Hasan's stream.
