Kick streamer Adin Ross has been frequently under media presence lately, specifically because of his interview with former US President, Donald Trump, on August 5, live on his Kick channel. The incident was also covered by two of the most prestigious names in journalism - RollingStone and The New York Times.

After reading the contents of the articles published by the two media outlets, Adin Ross has announced his intention to pursue defamation lawsuits against them. He alleged that these articles published defaming and false information about him.

"I want to sue RollingStone dude" - Adin Ross wants to take the major news publications to court

All of this transpired during a Kick stream, broadcasted on August 9, 2024. During the stream, Adin reacted to submissions from his community on his Discord and one user posted an excerpt from the RollingStone, which mentioned the Tesla Cybertruck Ross gave Trump.

The article suggested that the former President should be wary of the structural issues associated with the Cybertruck and perhaps he should use the vehicle as a billboard, or he could shoot at it with a gun, like how Adin did with his Cybertruck at a gun range.

On reading this, Adin Ross questioned whether it was possible to sue the RollingStone:

"What the f**k? Can I actually sue RollingStone?... Who can I call? No real sh*t though... who can I call [and] ask about this sh*t? I want to sue RollingStone dude. Let me call Taav."

Adin then proceeds to call his manager Taav to ask about the possibility of them suing RollingStone and The New York Times:

"Taav, can I sue RollingStone and [The] New York Times and sh*t or no? ('Not really, what'd they say?', replied Taav), They say a lot of defamation in some of these articles, about me. ('Let me look into it, I'll talk to the team.', said Taav) Yeah, call the lawyers real quick and actually ask them."

Adin has yet to proceed further with this case, as of this writing.
