On August 16, 2024, alleged Ava Kris Tyson sexual assault victim Mooskina (@Genderillennial on X) claimed that Jimmy "MrBeast" was "actively trying" to prevent people from discussing her accusations. For those unaware, on July 27, 2024, Mooskina posted a series of tweets in which she detailed her supposed interactions with Ava Kris Tyson, including her "confusing" relationship with the former MrBeast crew member.

In one of the tweets, Mooskina claimed she was "coerced" by Ava Kris Tyson:
"During this trial period and my employment, Ava continued to receive oral sex from me multiple times and I started to feel like I was being coerced. Because I started feeling that way I decided to try and avoid any physical engagement between Ava and I that could lead to more."

On August 16, 2024, Mooskina shared an alleged private DM from Eret, who appeared to confirm that their recently leaked public address regarding the accusations against their partner, Ava Kris Tyson, was genuine.
In a follow-up tweet, Mooskina stated that it was "now confirmed" that MrBeast was preventing people from discussing the alleged sexual assault:
"For anyone paying attention, it's now confirmed that MrBeast is actively trying to keep people from talking about how I was SA'd (sexually assaulted) by Ava Kris Tyson. This is most likely why you haven't seen any big channels comment on my story, and why it's been kept mostly on Twitter."
Mooskina also shared a screenshot of Eret's leaked public statement, in which they claimed there was an ongoing third-party HR investigation into the sexual assault allegations:
"There has already been an ongoing 3rd party HR investigation at Beast for a couple of weeks regarding Jess. However, as MrBeast has been under so much pressure recently, they don't want anyone to say anything publicly in case it causes more things to flare up online. You can imagine they want all of this to simmer down and go away. Any response from Ava would flare stuff up again."
Alleged Ava Kris Tyson sexual assault victim "hopes people can forgive" Eret after the latter apologized for their comments in leaked public address
On August 16, 2024, Mooskina referred to Eret as a "good person" after they seemingly apologized to her in private DMs. Expressing her hope that people "forgive" the 25-year-old, Mooskina wrote:
"Eret, I appreciate the apology and the short conversation we had. All I ever want from the people who have wronged me, is an apology and acknowledgment. Eret is a good person, who was in a very difficult position. I hope people can forgive them, just like I have, and move on."
As of this writing, neither Ava Kris Tyson nor MrBeast have responded to Mooskina's allegations of sexual assault.
