Kick streamer Adin Ross and his former security guard Anthony "Ant" Nails, who worked for the streamer for a significant period, are now taking legal action against each other. Adin's legal team has submitted a demand for a trial against Ant through a series of allegations, compiled into a complaint document. The document explores a variety of issues, including illegal gambling between the two.
Their relationship fell apart in 2023, amidst Adin's substance abuse issues and allegations against the streamer for not reimbursing his former bodyguard after an arm wrestling accident that led to a fracture for Ant.
In August 2024, Ant threatened to sue Adin Ross for $10 million after the streamer exposed the former for receiving a BBL procedure. In response, Adin 'promised' that he would counter-sue his ex-bodyguard if the situation called for it.

It would seem that Adin's counter-suing measure has come to fruition. Lawyer Robert Freund took to X, posting the entire alleged complaint document from Adin's legal team and detailing all the allegations they pose against Anthony.
A noteworthy argument from Adin Ross' legal team is that the streamer paid Ant $25,000 per week to be his security guard, unaware that he was unlicensed, did not have a concealed carry permit, and had a substantial criminal record.
The document further reveals that Ant has had encounters with law enforcement for Criminal Trespass, Disorderly Conduct, and Public Drunkenness as well.
The document suggested that Adin was unaware of Ant's criminal history before hiring him from an unlicensed security guard company. Robert Freund stated that this oversight makes Adin look "not very smart" in the court's eyes.
Adin does not intend to pay Anthony up on his "joke wagers"n either. Allegations from the document claim that a court could not make him pay up on any illegal gambling wagers between Adin and Ant, because they were illegal bets in the first place, so they can't be recovered.
The suit's results are expected to still be under court trial and no judgment has been passed, as of this writing.
In other news, YouTuber and Twitch streamer, Ludwig responded to viewer's accusations that he "scammed" them regarding his highly anticipated "Streamer Games" event.
