DogPack404 has released a new video and leveled more allegations against YouTube star Jimmy "MrBeast." At the 17-minute mark of the video titled, MrBeast's Secret CEO, DogPack404 displayed a private message from an alleged former female MrBeast employee, who appeared to detail the work culture at the YouTuber's company.
DogPack404 said:
"Let's move on to the man himself - Jimmy Donaldson. First, I'll show this testimony from another former MrBeast employee, just to show sort of the work culture, especially from a female's perspective."
According to the testimonial DogPack404 received, the alleged employee was instructed on her "very first day" to avoid being alone with "certain people in positions of power." She also claimed to be "subjugated to inappropriate questions and conversations."
Detailing such interactions, the alleged employee wrote:
"On my very first day, I was told to avoid being alone in a room with certain people in positions of power. At least, once a week, I was subjugated to inappropriate questions and conversations. Once, a male worker asked me what I would do if Jimmy sexually assaulted or harassed me. On another occasion, this same co-worker said it wasn't fair that women could just 'decide' a past sexual encounter wasn't consensual."
She then accused MrBeast's crew of making rape and pedophilia jokes daily:
"Many of the men I worked with would make rape, assault, and pedophilia 'jokes' on a daily basis. They would scream and hit walls when they get upset. The minute any woman leaves a room, they talk about if/how they would 'f**k' her. I've heard men comment on female contestants' bodies many, many times. Not everyone behaves this way, but no one openly speaks out against it in fear of losing their job."
The alleged employee went on to say that people also couldn't raise concerns with the HR department because MrBeast's mother "runs it":
"You can't take anything to HR either because Jimmy's mom runs it. It's pretty common for people to essentially get paid to leave and stay quiet if they make enough noise about something. There is no employee handbook, by the way. If you ask for one or what the company's policies are, they just tell you to ask them, and they'll let you know if something is against the rules. But again, there is nothing in writing."
