On July 24, 2024, a YouTuber named DogPack404 claimed to be a former Jimmy "MrBeast" employee, accusing him of "manipulating children" and faking videos. In a 53-minute-38-second video titled I Worked For MrBeast, He's A Fraud, DogPack404 claimed that the content creator's company "rigged videos," ran "illegal lotteries," and "sold fake signatures."
He said:
"Hi, I wanted to provide some context to this video. I am a former MrBeast employee, and today I am alleging that the company rigged videos, did illegal lotteries, and sold fake signatures. I would consider that fraud."
DogPack404 then accused the most subscribed YouTuber of "manipulating children" and "encouraging" parasocial relationships:
"It's a mess, when like, MrBeast contestants are being exposed to, like, minor-attracted persons and the company's protecting them. You know, there's a big emphasis at the company of, like, how to manipulate children, like, understanding their psychology and everything, like, that's sort of used in weird ways. And, you know, there have been, like, parasocial relationships, and you know, encouraging, like, almost children simping for these people. Maybe that's as nefarious as it gets."

Alleged former MrBeast employee accuses the YouTuber of faking his content
At the four-minute-55-second mark of the video, DogPack404 accused MrBeast of faking his videos. Claiming that the Kansas native had previously been "exposed" about fabricating his content, DogPack404 remarked:
"MrBeast fakes his videos in ways that are worse than you realize. I say that because he's been exposed for faking videos before, and the common response is, 'Why does it matter if the videos are fake? They're just meant to be entertainment.' A large part of MrBeast's brand is the fact that he doesn't fake videos."
DogPack404 then played a clip from the 26-year-old's appearance on Bradley Martyn's Raw Talk podcast, where he responded to the latter's remark that his "videos have got to be fake."

After this, DogPack404 showed a series of snippets from various MrBeast's videos, explaining what he believed were faked in them:
"This train track is CGI (from the Train Vs Giant Pit video). These bus wheels are CGI. This explosion is fake (from the Train Vs Giant Pit video). This shredder is CGI (from the Lamborghini Vs World's Largest Shredder video). This car is digitally lifted (from the We Built a Jet Powered Car for MrBeast video). This pit is fake (from the Train Vs Giant Pit video)."
DogPack404 then claimed that MrBeast's I Survived 7 Days In An Abandoned City video featured computer-generated content, adding that the city was not abandoned:
"This city is not abandoned. These buildings are CGI. It's not your only way out (using a helicopter), you can literally get an Uber to the airport for $20. That's not a worker, it's just a guy."
Alleged former MrBeast employee claims "all videos" starring Mack Hopkins are "fake"
The video continued with DogPack404 claiming that "all videos" starring Mack Hopkins were fake. Accusing Hopkins of being an "actor" and a "secret employee," DogPack 404 said:
"This whole room is fake (from the World's Most Dangerous Trap! video). This contestant is an actor and a secret employee at MrBeast. They dive through this fake door twice. This line is scripted. This action is scripted. In fact, pretty much all the videos with Mack are scripted."
DogPack404 then claimed to have discovered public records indicating that Mack Hopkins relocated from California to Greenville, North Carolina in August 2023, two months before appearing in MrBeast's video titled World's Most Dangerous Trap.

He elaborated:
"I found public records showing that Mack moved from California to Greenville, North Carolina, where Jimmy is located, back in August 2023, two months before he appeared as a contestant."
DogPack404 also claimed that Mack Hopkins moved into a "million-dollar mansion":
"According to a former MrBeast employee, this is around the time when Mack started working full-time on the editing team at MrBeast. Also, he didn't just move into any old house. He moved into a million-dollar mansion."
As of this writing, MrBeast has not responded to DogPack404's accusations.
