Twitch streamer and YouTuber Morgan "Angry Ginge" has spoken out in response to the alleged sexual assault case involving Felipe "Yung Filly." For those unaware, Yung Filly took the internet by storm after being arrested in Australia for alleged sexual assault and rape.
According to the Australian court, the 29-year-old was charged with four counts of sexual penetration without consent, three counts of assault causing bodily harm, and one count of impeding a person's normal breathing or circulation by applying pressure to or on their neck.
During a Twitch livestream on October 10, 2024, Angry Ginge addressed the controversy. Claiming he was "open and honest" about his thoughts on the situation, the FIFA content creator stated:
"Where to start? 4 o'clock in the morning, I'm laying in bed, right? I see what's going on on Twitter. First of all... I'm the exact same as you. I'm shocked! Yeah, you know, mental. Mental! But he's now obviously involved in legal proceedings. I cannot comment on legal proceedings. Yeah, you know how it is. Mad!"
Asserting that he couldn't comment on "legal proceedings," Angry Ginge claimed that he "didn't know anything more" about the circumstances surrounding Yung Filly:
"Honestly, I can't comment on legal proceedings. I don't know anything more. I know the exact same as you. I know what's been put out in the news. I don't know anything more. Please don't think I do. It is what it is. We have to just wait for the final verdict. You will all make your own opinions and whatever and that's fine."
Angry Ginge voices uncertainty about the future of Girth N Turf amid the alleged sexual assault scandal involving Yung Filly
Angry Ginge continued the conversation, expressing concerns about the future of Girth N Turf, a professional EA FC club that Yung Filly also belongs to. Claiming that he "doesn't know" the future of Girth N Turf, the 22-year-old said:
"I think the next big question... GNT (Girth N Turf)... if you want my honest answer, I don't know its future. I don't know it's future at the minute. Right? We'll see what we can do. But, at the minute, I don't know. And that's all I'm going to say. And there's not much else I can say."
Angry Ginge added:
"Everyone at GNT is in the exact same boat as you. We only know what you know. And, that's that. F**king hell! And that is that."
In other news, Sidemen removed their 20 vs 1 video featuring Yung Filly from their official channel.
