Twitch streamer Zack "Asmongold" has responded to claims that he won't react to content critical of Elon Musk. On January 12, 2025, a video from Quintin "Quin69's" broadcast was shared to the r/LivestreamFail subreddit, where the New Zealander commented on Asmongold not reacting to his recent video on Elon Musk's Path of Exile 2 controversy.
In response to the situation, the Texan stated that there was "no conspiracy" behind his decision to not watch Quin69's video, in which the latter accused Elon Musk of lying about his video game skills.
Expressing his dissatisfaction with those who believe he has a "bias" for the South African billionaire, Asmongold remarked:
"Yesterday I had it open and I didn't watch it. There's not a f**king conspiracy here, guys! If there was, I would have not uploaded a video... I have a video right here, 1.7 million views, about Elon Musk doing it. This is a complete f**king... this annoying obnoxious subset of people that have tried to infest the community and make people think that this is some sort of weird f**king bias that I have because I haven't watched a video yet. Holy f**k, guys! Who the f**k does this?!"
The OTK (One True King) co-founder added:
"I already uploaded a video, it's got nearly two million views, but I haven't watched this video that got uploaded on a day that I didn't stream, and somehow, this is some kind of massive f**king conspiracy? Holy s**t, guys!"

"I have ascended" - Asmongold claims his reaction to videos has become a "seal of approval" for content creators
After explaining why he hadn't watched Quin69's video on the Elon Musk Path of Exile 2 controversy, Asmongold claimed that he had "ascended." Claiming that his reaction to videos has become a "seal of approval" for content creators, the Twitch streamer stated:
"I want to say, I appreciate it. For a long time, I've had people who were very angry at me for reacting to videos. And now, I have ascended. Now, my reaction is the seal of approval. It is the validation that people see, and I'm going to be honest, I'm here for it. Yep, people want to have the reaction. That's right! People want to see it happen."
In other news, Asmongold recently commented on Thomas "TommyInnit's" feud with Matthew "Mizkif," claiming that the Minecraft star criticized the Twitch streamer due to declining popularity.
