Twitch streamer Zack "Asmongold" has shared his thoughts on why he believes men are facing difficulties finding work. During a Just Chatting livestream on November 7, 2024, the content creator reacted to YouTuber Shoe0nHead's recent video titled The Man Problem | "Why Are Men Moving Right?".
At one point in the 28-minute feature, Shoe0nHead said:
"(Shoe0nHead reads a tweet) 'They just need to get off their a**es, stop playing video games, and get real jobs.' First of all, what 'real jobs'? These guys are coming out of college with useless diplomas and there are no jobs. Also, what an out-of-touch Boomer a** take. 'Get off your a**! Stop playing those video games,' from the generation that watches TV 24/7. I don't want to hear it!
In response, the co-founder of One True King (OTK) claimed that "real jobs" have initiatives that, according to him, favor women over men. Furthermore, the streamer stated that the situation was "rigged" due to a "DEI initiative."
For those unaware, DEI stands for diversity, equity, and inclusion. It aims to promote diversity and inclusion across various industries, including gaming, entertainment, and corporate sectors.
Sharing his thoughts on the matter, Asmongold remarked:
"I mean, like, the real jobs that are out there have initiatives to have women get hired over them. So, it's like, 'Yeah, go get a real job,' and then, 'By the way, it's rigged against you.' Yeah, there's some, like, DEI initiative that puts you at the back of the line."

Asmongold gives his take on "male issues"
As the livestream continued, Asmongold shared his opinions on "male issues" and how men are expected to "fix" them. The content creator said:
"Well, this is the problem is that any time that there is a male issue, it's about how males should fix the issue. Every time that there is any issue of any other group, it's about how... well, it's also about how males should fix the issue, too. That's what happens! I see it all the time!"

Asmongold recently made headlines (on November 4, 2024) for his comments on the 2024 US presidential election. During his livestream, the Texan claimed he saw evidence of Donald Trump "trying to rig things" while discussing previous US elections.
