Days after the controversy involving Ava Kris Tyson, Rolling Stone has now published a story (August 7) alleging how the former MrBeast employee used her position to exploit other individuals around her. For those unaware, Ava was alleged to have engaged in inappropriate behavior with a couple of individuals, namely Nathan Weyman (who worked on Tyson's Discord server) and Jess (Tyson's former executive assistant).
Rolling Stone got in touch with these individuals and concluded that Ava Kris Tyson used her "position of power" to exploit others. The report read:
"(It) seems to show Tyson using her position of power at MrBeast for free labor, friendship, and sexual encounters."
Jess, Tyson's former executive assistant, said (transcript via Rolling Stone):
"I do believe part of the reason Ava was so able to easily manipulate me was due to the overall branding of the MrBeast channel appearing extremely charitable. I thought if I was loyal to Ava and MrBeast, then I would be greatly rewarded."

Rolling Stone also contacted Nathan Weyman, an individual who was involved in the Discord server where controversial messages from Ava Kris Tyson and MrBeast were found (Weyman was a minor at the time of his invite).
Discussing the server, known as "Dank Memes," Weyman shared (transcript via Rolling Stone):
"I'm not sure why (Tyson) decided to invite me, but part of me feels like (she) was kind of trying to shock me with all the MrBeast members here and no one else is... Looking back, (she) was kind of trying to woo me with like, ‘Look, this is everyone you look up to'."
Weyman also alleged that he was overworked despite being only 15 years old. He claimed that he was working eight hours a day on the Discord server and would wake up to "hundreds of messages" from "10 different people."
What are the allegations by Jess?
Jess, the executive assistant of Ava Kris Tyson, has also spoken about her experience (via X.com). It's worth noting that she, too, is a trans woman. She alleged that Tyson (February 2023) had asked her to "m*sturbate" on video calls. She said:
"I always felt like I had to say yes if I wanted to be in a video or get a job."
She also alleged that in person (April 2023), Tyson would undress herself and ask for "o*al sex" from Jess. She said:
"Ava engaged me sexually and ended up receiving o*al pleasure several times. I was too scared to directly ask for anything in return and she took advantage of that."
What are the allegations against MrBeast?
Some of the messages in the Discord server also included explicit comments from MrBeast himself, such as remarks about Tyson's penis size (before her transition). These messages have been confirmed by a spokesperson for MrBeast:
"When Jimmy (MrBeast) was a teenager, he acted like many kids and used inappropriate language while trying to be funny. Over the years he has repeatedly apologized and has learned that increasing influence comes with increased responsibility to be more aware and more sensitive to the power of language."
At the time of writing, Ava Kris Tyson is currently under an independent third-party investigation, according to MrBeast. Tyson is also no longer part of the MrBeast team.
