New allegations of sexual assault have emerged against former MrBeast crew member Ava Kris Tyson, days after scathing accusations were made against her of grooming and inappropriate behavior with minors over Discord. These new allegations have been made by an individual who goes by Mooskina (@Genderillennial) on X.
Through a series of screenshots, Mooskina detailed her interaction with Kris Tyson and revealed that the two had allegedly started talking when they both met as adults in 2022. Tyson started following her in November of that year, after finding out that Mooskina had undergone a transition. Mooskina mentioned that she had only 500 followers at the time.

In a lengthy thread made on X, Mooskina described her "confusing" relationship with Ava Kris Tyson. This developed after the two allegedly started a conversation over X DMs, wherein Mooskina asked the former for a job opportunity.

Apparently, this eventually translated to suggestive messages being exchanged over Snapchat, including photos and videos. Following this, the two had also allegedly engaged in video calls where Mooskina would perform sexual acts for Tyson. During this, Mooskina alleged that she felt that she was being "coerced" into performing such acts in exchange for Tyson possibly giving Mooskina a job or role in one of MrBeast's videos.
In the following posts, Mooskina claimed that Tyson flew the former out to her home in Greenville with a "one-way ticket". Mooskina was still under the impression that she would possibly be a part of a video with MrBeast.
Once there, the two allegedly slept in the same bed together and engaged in intimate acts in person. Mooskina claimed that these acts were one-sided and that Tyson did not want to reciprocate. Mooskina further claimed that Tyson took advantage of her being "scared" to ask for similarly intimate favors to be returned.
Mooskina eventually found out that Ava Kris Tyson could not induct anyone in MrBeast's videos, causing the X user to ask Tyson to book her a ticket home. Mooskina claimed that Tyson did not show her the same level of attention during the time she was at home.
This translated into a cycle of alleged "love bombing", which was then followed by Tyson "falling for" someone else and treating Mooskina like an "annoying ex". This would apparently continue until Tyson would eventually come back when things with the other person did not work out.
Eventually, Mooskina was allegedly provided a job as an assistant and was offered to move in with Tyson. The dynamic between Mooskina and Tyson was not entirely professional, however, as the latter allegedly continued to be "coerced" to perform intimate acts on Tyson. Mooskina claimed that she then decided to try and avoid any form of physical engagement with Tyson so that she wouldn't have to participate in any further "one-sided acts".
However, an incident allegedly took place on July 29, 2024, when they were watching TV together. Mooskina claimed that Ava Kris Tyson had allegedly started "touching herself" in front of her without warning. Mooskina felt that she was in a precarious situation, and did not want to risk her job as Tyson's assistant. Tyson allegedly used this to engage in "nonconsensual" oral sex with Mooskina.
They apparently continued to hold a sexual relationship over text for the next year, wherein Mooskina alleged that Tyson abused their "power dynamic" and "manipulated" her. The X user claimed that did engage intimately once after that, during a time when Mooskina was "super emotional" due to personal issues surrounding her pet's health.
Even though Tyson and Mooskina were apparently in an "open relationship", Tyson allegedly became involved in an "official" relationship with someone else. This led to disagreements between the two and Mooskina eventually moved out. Mooskina insisted in her post that there had been a clarification between the two parties that Mooskina would continue to work in a "remote" or work-from-home method following this.
However, Mooskina then learned through her conversation with Tyson that the latter had decided to replace her and was already looking for other individuals to fill her position. Supposedly, a month passed before Tyson provided her with the contact information for HR so that she could file for severance from MrBeast's company. After this point, Tyson had apparently blocked Mooskina after learning that the latter wanted to report her for "sexual assault".
Tyson had allegedly told the company's HR that Mooskina left the job on her own accord. Eventually, Mooskina explained the entire dynamic that had persisted through the course of her job as Ava Kris Tyson's assistant to the company's HR. She was then assured that MrBeast had launched a third-party investigation into the matter, but she allegedly did not hear back about the matter for the next two weeks.
It was only after the allegations emerged against Ava Tyson of inappropriately engaging with minors, that Mooskina decided to publicly come out with her story.
