After MrBeast shared the findings of the internal investigation into his company regarding the allegations of sexual misconduct by employees, LavaGS clarified the report in a subsequent post on X. For context, earlier this year Ava Kris Tyson was accused of grooming LavaGS and sending him explicit messages when he was underage.

LavaGS has denied the accusations of being groomed before, and he has reaffirmed that statement while talking about the findings of the internal investigation into MrBeast's company which found no evidence of p*dophilia or grooming.

LavaGS has claimed that he is glad about the results of the investigation, and in a post on X wrote:

"I, as well as all of you wanted a proper and thorough investigative outcome to this situation. I'm glad it has finally happened."

"These were false allegations": LavaGS claims he was not groomed by Ava Kris Tyson and welcomed the findings of MrBeast's internal investigation

In the wake of the Ava Kris Tyson grooming allegations earlier this year, MrBeast had announced that there would be a third-party investigation into his company and employees to ascertain the several allegations that had been put forward by former employees and YouTubers.

In a post on November 1, the popular YouTuber shared the findings of the internal investigation which essentially absolved him and his company from wrongdoing while acknowledging that certain employees had to be let go. There is also going to be a restructuring of the upper management, with MrBeast's company reportedly getting a new CEO, CFO, and more.

Considering the report was primarily about misconduct, LavaGS was also contacted by the investigators as an alleged victim of grooming. In his post, he revealed that the allegations with his name were made against his will. LavaGS also noted that he had leaked discord logs to the investigators to aid them:

"People used my name to make very serious allegations and claims without ever speaking to me. These people thought they were trying to protect me, but the truth is they were saying things that were completely false. The private investigators reviewed all my DMs and interactions with Kris. I was the one who sent the “discord leaks” to the investigators as they were coming out."

LavaGS also noted that the allegations pertaining to him and Ava Kris Tyson were incredibly difficult to handle considering the online discussions and debates surrounding the issue. He also noted that the investigators reached out to him and took his statement:

"It was incredibly difficult having my name thrown around in a public forum without being given the opportunity to share the truth. Thankfully the people doing the investigation actually did reach out and gave me the opportunity to tell the truth, which I very much appreciated."

He concluded the post by once again reiterating that he was not groomed by Ava Kris Tyson and differentiated the internal investigators from online sleuths:

"I was not groomed. These were false allegations made up by other people with my name thrown in them. This investigation was conducted by real investigators and not internet detectives. They reviewed everything."

While LavaGS seems quite content with the findings of the report, netizens were quite divided after MrBeast revealed the findings of the internal investigation. Rosanna Pansino and DogPack404 both criticized the findings, with many others asking MrBeast to elaborate on them to clarify things to the public.
