YouTube streamer Darren "IShowSpeed" is known for his over-the-top acts, often engaging in daredevil stunts in a bid to entertain his audience. The creator has become well-known for his signature slow-motion backflip, which he often makes use of to impress others during IRL streams and to provide a spectacle for viewers of his broadcasts.
One such instance of his daring feats was the creator jumping over a bridge while riding a boat through a canal in Venice, Italy. Although the creator remained relatively out of danger during the act, his recent stunt involving his Cristiano Ronaldo-wrapped Lamborghini posed a significant risk of injury.
In the post uploaded to his Instagram account on July 25, 2024, the creator can be seen making a leap over his Lamborghini, which was being driven towards him at high speed. The car was being controlled by IShowSpeed's father. After completing the heart-stopping feat, the creator said:
"I love you, dad. I love you, dad. Whoo! Follow, subscribe and like."
The post has since gone viral on Instagram, receiving nearly 1.5 million likes within only an hour. Many users have expressed their astonishment at the lengths the creator is willing to go to make engaging content for his fanbase:
"Bro could’ve died," wrote IShowSpeed's cameraman Slipz
"Bro’s really risking his life for content," wrote user fifa_nite7 on Instagram
"His dad driving is crazy," wrote Instagram user roheed.s

IShowSpeed recently celebrated hitting 27 million subscribers on YouTube
IShowSpeed held a livestream from his hotel room on July 20, 2024, to commemorate his achievement of 27 million subscribers. The creator had his subscriber count opened on his phone to view the number reaching the 27 million mark.
Initially, the creator was trolled by his fanbase as they started unsubscribing en masse. This ended up causing his subscriber base to drop by nearly 10,000 within the span of a few minutes. However, the subscriber count shot up just as quickly. Soon after, the creator could be seen climbing up on a table and dove right into the camera as a celebration. The stream then ended soon after.
IShowSpeed and Kai Cenat, two of the biggest streamers on the internet, recently collaborated to try out the viral indie game Chained Together. Their livestream together ended up stretching to be over 12 hours long.
