Twitch streamer ConnorEatsPants returned with his Fortnite Friday stream on August 30 and had Joe Exotic join him on a voice call from prison. As per the latest reports, the star of the Netflix docuseries Tiger King, Joe Exotic, is currently serving time in Florida as he looks for a federal court date to appeal his sentence.

Joe Exotic, whose real name is Joseph Allen Maldonado-Passage, was sentenced to 22 years in jail after a grand jury found him guilty of murder-for-hire in 2020. ConnorEatsPants' viewers were quite amused that he could set up an interview with Joe Exotic on Twitch.

While the initial part of the stream was amicable, it ended on a heated note after Joe Exotic hung up on the Twitch streamer after ConnorEatsPants told him tigers in his zoo could have been treated better.

"Oh my god he hung up on me": Joe Exotic hangs up on Twitch streamer ConnorEatsPants after the duo has a disagreement

ConnorEatsPants had announced the collaboration a day before and many in the community were looking forward to watching the streamer play Fortnite and interact with the convicted felon. While most of the interview went well, towards the end, the Twitch streamer had some disagreements with Joe Exotic.

In a clip shared by ConnorEatsPants on X, Joe Exotic can be heard talking about how hard it was for him to work in his zoo, where he housed several tigers and other exotic animals:

"I worked at the zoo from six in the morning till midnight every night. Some of those cages were two acres big! What did you want?"

After the Twitch streamer countered, claiming that he works hard too, an annoyed Exotic asked him what he did not like about the Netflix documentary:

"What did you see that you didn't like?"

ConnorEatsPants answered, referring to the state of the tigers in Joe's care:

"I just thought that the tigers could have been treated a bit better, is all."

Joe Exotic pressed the streamer to specify the things he disliked about his zoo. With both of them raising their voices, ConnorEatsPants said:

"I don't know, feed them more f**king food, I don't know man, I don't remember it's been a couple of years. You're right, I am a sh*t interviewer."

During this exchange, Joe Exotic told ConnorEatsPants off for accusing the former of things without knowing the whole story:

"Don't accuse me of abusing my tigers if you don't know what the hell was wrong."

ConnorEatsPants tried to diffuse the situation, saying:

"I wouldn't go that far. I am just saying, maybe there's a reason allegations were there and were presented that way. What reason would Netflix have to present all of that in that way if there was no story there."

At this point, Joe Exotic claimed that things were presented that way in the documentary for animal welfare activist Carole Baskin to pass the Big Cat safety act:

"That was to pass the Big Cat Safety Act for Carole."

Readers should note that Carole Baskin is the person Joe Exotic was convicted of trying to have murdered by hired hitmen. Regardless, ConnorEatsPants went on to say something about Carole Baskin's husband being alive. This ticked off Joe Exotic, who hung up after claiming that the Twitch streamer did not have good information:

"No you are so f**king behind on your information. Do some f**king homework before you call me next again."

All ConnorEatsPants could do was laugh and say:

"Oh my god he hung up on me!"

Naturally, the clip has amused many of his viewers, with the post on X reaching over 400K impressions in a couple of hours.
