Popular Twitch and Kick streamer xQc has blasted Ava Kris Tyson for her statement addressing the recent pedophilia and grooming allegations. The streamer came across Ava's post apologizing for her actions while streaming, and tore into it, calling it a "cop-out."
xQc had already commented on the matter before Ava Kris Tyson came out with the statement. He then claimed that no big online personality had weighed in on the issue as they do with other cases. On his July 23 broadcast, the popular Just Chatting streamer saw Tyson's post while watching MoistCr1TiKaL's video on the situation and registered his protest at the apology, saying:
"Cop-out, dogsh*t, trash. I am not here for good faith or to be the best actor. I am going to say it as it is, I don't give a sh*t. You know you have skeletons. You know it's full of dogsh*t, you are acting in irresponsible ways."
xQc went on to claim that Ava Kris Tyson had acted irresponsibly and not thought of the people her actions would affect. Specifically addressing Ava's X post where she talks about leaving MrBeast's team so that it does not affect the YouTube channel, xQc said:
"You are doing dumb sh*t and you work with a lot of people who are involved. You were taking a risk for the whole squad the entire time and you are doing it knowingly! And you are saying, 'My bad if this affects anybody. I will do the right thing.' You should have done the right thing! You haven't done the right thing for years, you are dumb as f**k! I don't stand for this cop-out dogsh*t."
"Receipts themselves are damning enough": xQc says Ava Kris Tyson's claim that she did not groom LavaGS is not right
In the same stream, xQc also reacted to some individual statements posted by Ava Kris Tyson on X. One of the first things that Ava pointed out in the post-chain was that the minor that she had been accused of grooming had denied being exploited, claiming that the accusations were false.
xQc, however, did not see this as absolution and claimed that bringing LavaGS's posts to the forefront did not do Ava Kris Tyson any favors in the eyes of the public:
"This is not right. A lot of people, numerous people I am sure are going to say, 'Yo guys, this is like the nail in the coffin.' No, this is trash. I don't give a f**k. I genuinely think this does not do anything."
xQc then elaborated on his point of view, claiming that despite LavaGS's denial, the screenshots and the "facts" are simply too strong:
"Because, as I said yesterday if the receipts are bad enough; they are both important- the way that the person feels about it is important because it could have been nothing or just a misunderstanding, but then the receipts themselves are damning enough by themselves so that their(LavaGS's) response becomes irrelevant. Because the facts themselves are strong enough. That's just how that works, brother."
The streamer also went on to call out Ava Kris Tyson for saying that a false narrative is being formed, stating:
"Well, it's not really a narrative, brother, 'allegedly' didn't these people meet up in the middle of the forest in some van or whatever? Sorry if it's not true, but yeah so. Okay, a camping trailer, okay. The behavior did extend beyond bad jokes, it did, according to those things, so that's just wrong."
xQc is not the only popular streamer to speak out on the Ava Kris Tyson case. YouTube star and 100 Thieves co-owner Valkyrae also called Ava Kris Tyson out after she posted the statement on X.
