On October 8, 2024, the internet was stunned to hear that rapper, YouTuber, and BBC star Yung Filly was arrested in Australia on serious charges. The 29-year-old was taken into custody in Brisbane on October 8, 2024, and later extradited to Perth. He was accused of sexually assaulting a woman in her 20s in his hotel room after a performance in a suburb of Perth on September 28, 2024.

As of writing, Filly was granted bail under strict conditions. His release involved a personal and financial undertaking of 100,000 Australian dollars, alongside regular reporting to authorities. On October 11, FIFA streamer, YouTuber, and boxer Danny Aarons shared a few thoughts on Yung Filly's arrest, stating that he was equally as appalled as the rest of the internet.

He expressed that he did not have drama on his agenda and was looking forward to a night playing FIFA:

"Boys, this whole situation I don't know what I... What do I do? Lads, I found out the same time as you lot, probably later to be fair, because, not going to lie, I overslept. Lads, I'm as shocked as you lot are, like, hand on my heart, I'm as shocked as you lot are. I'm just going to play FIFA man, let's just chill."

Danny Aarons gained fame for collaborating with other content creators and engaging with his community on social media, including Filly, making him a notable figure in the FIFA gaming space.

Danny Aarons and Yung Filly have evolved into some of the most recognizable faces on British social media. Because of their notoriety, the two have shared common spaces in the content creation sphere, especially on Footasylum, a UK-based retailer specializing in streetwear, sportswear, and footwear.

Established in 2005, Footasylum offers a wide range of products, including footwear, apparel, and accessories. Beyond retail, they have gained attention for their digital content and YouTube series, like the Does The Shoe Fit? show, which features Yung Filly and other social media stars engaging in humorous and competitive dating challenges.

Most recently, the two collaborated on a new Footasylum series titled Where in the World, which involved four content creators trying out foods and guessing where the flavor comes from geographically.

Typically, the two would bounce off each other, using their wit to take jabs through playful insults.
