Twitch and Kick streamer Felix "xQc" has commented on accusations against Jimmy "MrBeast" that he "fakes" his videos. During a Kick livestream earlier today (July 29, 2024), xQc reacted to YouTuber DogPack404's viral video, in which he claimed to be a former MrBeast employee and accused the YouTube star of "rigging videos," running "illegal lotteries," and "selling fake signatures."

The former Overwatch pro then connected with DogPack404 live on stream to debate whether MrBeast's content was fabricated.

According to DogPack404, the Kansas native's content "wasn't fake back in the day." However, he accused MrBeast of being "deceptive" because the contestants in his videos allegedly worked for his company.

DogPack404 said:

"Now he (MrBeast) is presenting it as saying, 'Oh, here's a contestant.' And the contestant is Mack (Hopkins). Or he's saying, 'Here's 100 random subscribers,' and 30 of them are his employees. And I feel that's where the problem is, where he's, like, deceiving the audience and you're also having your employees essentially taking spots away from random people."

In response, xQc said, "Deception isn't very harmful." He explained:

"100%, I think having people that you know are employees in the video, yes, it sucks. Right? But... I don't think there's much of a loss in general by saying, 'Guys, these people are random,' right? And some of them being not random. Like, the deception isn't very harmful. Right?"

xQc and alleged former MrBeast employee, DogPack404, debate whether the YouTube star "fakes" his content

The conversation continued, with DogPack404 responding to xQc's remark that "deception wasn't very harmful," by insinuating that MrBeast was "using the deception" to build trust with his audience and eventually sell them products.

He elaborated:

"Well, I think you're using that deception to then, like, build trust with your audience and then you're selling them products saying, 'Hey, you can be in this video.' You're saying like, 'Hey, if you engage with me a lot, if you're a big supporter, one day, you could be in these videos.' And it's not really true. I mean, like, saying, 'Subscribe and you can be in the video,' it's actually completely false because there's zero correlation between subscribing and being in the video."

DogPack404 then used an analogy to further explain his sentiments, saying:

"It's like saying, you know, touch a banana and you can go to the NBA. Like it's completely irrelevant."

In other news, former MrBeast crew member Ava Kris Tyson went viral on July 29, 2024, after her alleged Discord messages leaked online.
