"Definitely knew my age" - LavaGS responds to Eret's claims in alleged leaked public statement that Ava Kris Tyson was unaware of his age

The ongoing Ava Kris Tyson situation has seen a new update from her partner Eret. An alleged leaked response from them (shared by X user @mrbeastexpo) claimed that Ava was not aware of LavaGS' age at the time of their interaction. LavaGS was the alleged victim who initially dismissed the grooming allegations against Ava but later retracted his stance.

In a post talking about Eret claiming that Ava did not know LavaGS' age (and that the controversial Discord was deleted after Ava found out about his age), the latter wrote:

"Yeah, Nathan is right here. Kris definitely knew my age around 2018. Also, the reason Discord deleted is entirely incorrect as well. It was deleted about 10 months after I started at MrBeastGaming, I worked for them for 12 months. Not 9."

Nathan W (@ImBrainFreak), who is another alleged victim, also denied Eret's claims, stating that Ava had full knowledge of Lava's age:

"Kris 100% knew Lava's age, that’s such a wild claim, especially saying the server was deleted “as soon as Kris found out” considering Lava joined the discord around 2017 (when he was 14/15) and the server got deleted in 2021."

What did Eret say about the Ava Kris Tyson situation?

Eret, who is Ava Kris Tyson's partner, has allegedly given out statements regarding the recent allegations involving the former MrBeast crew member. For those not in the know, Ava was accused of sending inappropriate Discord messages to a minor (LavaGS being one of the victims).

According to the statement released by X user @mrbeastexpo, Eret said this about their partner:

"The videos detailed a story of LavaGS, one of Ava's old Discord mods who would go on to get a job at Beast. LavaGS was 14 at the time, which Ava only learned much later on."

Despite stating that Ava was unaware of how old Lava was, Eret labeled the posts from Ava as "regrettable". They wrote:

"Despite a lot of these early claims having little weight, they highlighted a large number of incredibly regrettable tweets and posts made by Ava between 2016-18 (which she had previously addressed when she was CisHet and it was brushed off like nbd [no big deal])."
