The individual (@LavaGS on X) who was originally alleged to be a victim of Ava Kris Tyson's inappropriate behavior has come forward to discuss the recently leaked Discord conversations that allegedly took place between him, Kris Tyson, "Discount Milk," Jimmy "MrBeast," and "ItsHayden."
These leaks were shared by Nathan (@imbrainfreak on X), who was serving as the moderator of the Discord server where the conversations took place. Discussing the appropriateness of these leaked alleged conversations that took place with minors being present within the server, LavaGS stated:
"I have seen the 'Leaks', while not as nearly damning as everyone thought they would be. There's a few individuals in the leaks who deserve to be investigated."

LavaGS talks about the alleged leaked Discord conversations with Ava Kris Tyson
On July 22, LavaGS spoke up about the allegations of grooming made against Ava Kris Tyson, stating that the accusations were "untrue" and "massive lies." However, as more information came to light online regarding the conversations within the Discord server in 2017/2018, LavaGS (a minor at the time) retracted his original statement.
On July 26, LavaGS released a statement showcasing his new perspective in which he "condemned" these conversations. Furthermore, he stated that they "should not have happened."
Now, in an X post on July 28, 2024, LavaGS stated that a "disturbed" individual named "Discount Milk", an IRL friend of Kris was eventually banned from the server after much effort from both LavaGS and Nathan. Within the alleged leaks, he can often be seen making inappropriate and insinuating exchanges with Kris.
LavaGS also stated that he was personally not involved in the NSFW channels of the server, and thus, holds no memory of the same. On the other hand, he claimed that he was last affiliated with someone from Jimmy "MrBeast's" team only in 2021, and never since.
LavaGS also hoped that these leaks could prove to be vital in the third-party investigation launched by MrBeast on the matter. He also denied allegations of him being "paid off" or being forced to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA):
"I thank @ImBrainFreak and his team for releasing these "leaks" because they can definitely be a useful tool for investigations. For those thinking I was paid off or forced to sign an NDA regarding this, that would be very irrational for anyone to do."
In the concluding paragraphs, LavaGS reiterated that he did not believe himself to be "a victim," and asked for attention to be diverted to the other allegations that have been made against Ava Kris Tyson. These include accusations of sexual abuse and supporting CP artist Shadman, among others.
