YouTuber Jimmy "MrBeast" recently collaborated with football legend Cristiano Ronaldo in an attempt to "break the internet." The collaboration was released on Ronaldo's UR - Cristiano channel, and in the video, Jimmy suggested the footballer should collaborate with world-class athletes and content creators like Tom Brady and streamer Darren "IShowSpeed".
On November 30, 2024, MrBeast and Cristiano Ronaldo expanded their groundbreaking collaboration by releasing two videos, one on each of their YouTube channels. MrBeast’s video featured an exciting array of challenges involving high-profile athletes like NFL legend Tom Brady and sprinting champion Noah Lyles, who competed for massive cash prizes.
IShowSpeed also made a memorable appearance, facing off against Lyles in an exhilarating 100-meter sprint for $100,000. While Ronaldo did not directly collaborate and compete with Speed, his "number 1 fan" did. The challenge involved shooting footballs at targets for a whopping $1 million cash prize.
IShowSpeed and Cristiano appear in the same video on the MrBeast channel
IShowSpeed is well known to be a Ronaldo fanatic and a large part of his brand revolves around the footballer. Speed reacted to the first MrBeast-Ronaldo collab overjoyed, especially because the video included a cut-out of his face, and while reacting, he suggested a collaboration is overdue.
MrBeast's latest video titled Beat Ronaldo, Win $1,000,000 featured some of the highest-rated athletes from different sports like American football, baseball, and golf. Ronaldo faced off against a fan for a million dollars in a target shooting challenge. Ultimately his fan, named Khalid, got the better of his idol and won a million.
Although Speed was involved in the same video, he did not directly collaborate with Ronaldo. That being said, there is a chance the two might appear together on a video, especially considering the footballer's UR - Cristiano YouTube channel released in August 2024. MrBeast even suggested the two should work together, claiming the collaboration would be "cool":
"You can have so many cool collabs. You should have Tom Brady pop in for videos, Speed, like all these big names, you know?"
In a video on the UR - Cristiano channel, released on the same day, MrBeast himself faced off against Ronaldo in a football challenge, which he ultimately lost.
