Twitch streamer and hip-hop personality Livingston "DJ Akademiks" recently speculated on the wealth accumulated by fellow streamers Kai Cenat and Félix "xQc" as a result of deals, sponsorships, subathons, and other prospects. Making a list of streamers alongside a speculative monetary figure, Akademiks claimed that xQc may have a larger fortune than the one enjoyed by Kai Cenat.
Akademiks credited xQc's affiliation with Kick and by extension, with online casino company Stake, as the reason behind his supposed higher net worth than that of Cenat's, who has promoted products for McDonald's and Nike in the past. He said:
"McDonald's and Nike do not pay more than a gambling company. I don't care what y'all n****s tell me."
He then continued to state the speculative net worth of xQc:
"xQc is around three hundred mil, I'll say two hundred to three hundred mil. Most of that if because of the deal with Stake and Kick."
DJ Akademiks claims he "wouldn't be shocked" if xQc's gambling deal was bigger than revenue earned by the entire AMP collective
Kai Cenat is one of the most prominent members of the Any Means Possible (AMP) streamer collective, which also includes other popular streamers like Denzel "Duke Dennis," Roberto "Fanum," Davis “ImDavisss,” and Din “Agent 00.”
Cenat, however, is the most influential out of the group by a mile, with him reaching new heights after his recent Mafiathon 2 subathon held throughout November 2024. To those unaware, Cenat became the first Twitch streamer in history to surpass 700,000 concurrent subscribers, setting a new record in the process.
Despite this, discussing xQc's supposed superiority over Cenat in terms of wealth, DJ Akademiks continued:
"I wouldn't be shocked if xQc's gambling deal was bigger than what the entire AMP was getting. I'm being honest."
However, Akademiks then made note of the performance of Cenat's subathon, stating:
"I think Kai Cenat is having the most motion right now. He just came off the biggest subathon ever. At this moment, I think in the last three months, Kai may have gotten more money than any of these guys, but just off of what he just did. Kai's biggest month on Twitch, is probably like three million dollars... The subathon month, uh, I might be wrong, that's over ten... A regular month for Kai is probably two million."
These remarks by DJ Akademiks come in light of the recent feud that took place between xQc and Kai Cenat, which led to the former Overwatch pro stating that he had the AMP's net worth "in one USB stick in some safety deposit box somewhere."
