On August 29, 2024, DogPack404 uploaded a new video, where he leveled fresh allegations against Jimmy "MrBeast" and his employees. In the video, he discussed the Kansas native's "secret CEO," James Warren, who DogPack404 claimed was involved in covering up alleged sexual assaults.
According to DogPack404, James Warren is allegedly MrBeast's cousin. He dubbed James the "secret CEO" since the most-subscribed YouTuber and his team are not "very open about the fact." DogPack404 then stated that he "heard" Warren was reportedly a "very aggressive" person who has been referred to as a "psychopath":
"I heard that he's very aggressive. I've heard him referred to as a psychopath who screams at people and hits his girlfriends. There's allegedly domestic violence charges that were filed against him."

That said, DogPack404 added that he was still investigating the allegations because, according to him, there are a "lot of people" named James Warren in North Carolina:
"I say allegedly because it turns out there's a lot of people in North Carolina named James Warren who assault their girlfriends, I guess. I'm still having people look into these cases, specifically, That Surprise Witness TV on YouTube, as she's been super helpful, in like, behind the scenes, submitting Freedom of Information requests, and just helping me a lot, in general."

DogPack404 claims MrBeast's "secret CEO" James Warren was involved in fraud
At the four-minute mark of the video titled, MrBeast's Secret CEO, DogPack404 displayed an article from November 15, 2021, which reported that a real estate developer in Raleigh, North Carolina, was sentenced to ten years in prison for running a Ponzi scheme.
Providing details about this incident, DogPack404 said:
"So, before working at MrBeast, James Warren was involved in a literal fraud. In fact, this is actually mentioned in the court transcripts of this case. This is the sentencing hearing for Joshua Hutchins. I'm going to highlight testimony from just one of these victims - a retirement-age woman named Sylvia. She testifies, 'I came to know Mr. Hutchins through a very reputable and successful real estate attorney who highly recommended Mr. Hutchins, and who eventually left his agency, to become the Chief Operating Officer of Mr. Hutchins' investment firm.'"

At the eight-minute mark of the video, DogPack404 commented on James Warren's "character" as well:
"From what I've heard of James Warren's character, how he's hit ex-girlfriends, not let them leave the house, beat his dog, defrauded people in his own ways. Creative Juice is an interesting one that could be looked into, which was done with MrBeast."
As of this writing, MrBeast has not responded to any of the allegations made by DogPack404.
